YOU FIX CARS LIKE A PRO

We're here to teach you how to fix your own car, the same we they do in a dealership, with many of the same tools and information. Obviously the factory reserves a few things to the actual dealerships, but we are here to get you as close as any large independent autmotive repair shop can do. The best tools, the right information, and techniques from the masters of automotive repair. Best of all, we teach you how to avoid the traps associated with bad tools, bad practices, and bad information, clouding the works...

Chase's 2005 Corvette

Not too many would consider driving a Chevrolet Corvette as a daily driver. Cooper S turbo's are also considered by most to be an expensive car to maintain (it's a small race car on the street), despite the low cost of most of its parts. Why is that? The cost of the mechanic who's doing the work, of course. Being a mechanic, I HAVE owned a C6 series Corvette to drive daily, the same as someone else would own a Toyota Corolla, for my daily driving needs. WHY??? Because it is way cheaper for ME to maintain that than you taking your Toyota to the shop! The last time I had someone bring me their car, I charged them $120 per labor hour and they were happy because I'm honest. Add a set of $5 spark plugs, for example, and you have a bill of $150+, just to change plugs in a six-cylinder. More if you have a car that needs part of the intake system removed. Then it could be $400! But if you did it yourself, $30 for the plugs, and maybe $10 more for a couple of gaskets! And because I'm honest, for me to get to all the cars people were bringing me took 16-hour days, seven days per week! I am bloody worn out! So, time for ME to slow down a little and teach YOU to fix that car the way I DO, and pay $40 versus $400, once I show you how, and that SHOULD just take a one-time visit to get you going. No, this is not for everyone, you DO have to have a little bit of mechanical aptitude, at the least, and a desire to SAVE MONEY, even if it means your car might take two-days to fix, versus one day at the shop (of course... WHEN they can get to it). Shop prices are HIGH these days. I'm the guy who set the price! Now you can beat my original game by learning to do things in your own garage, but the way I do it in a shop!
